I was pretty impressed with the service and the quality of the food. It was all good, they have daily specials and the ice cream is soft serve. This super burger was huge, fried okra and fries. I got the daily special, meatloaf, mashed potatoes, slaw, and Mac and cheese. I’m picky about my slaw but this was awesome, teased homemade.

Was hoping to find a new breakfast spot but unfortunately this isn’t it. The ham was very thin and overcooked in places giving it a very leathery and dry texture. The biscuits and gravey was bland. The potatoes were OK, chopped the way I prefer them and fried but dang, throw some onions and salt in there with them to add a little flavor guys. The coffee was good and eggs done perfectly medium as requested.

Tuesdays special is our favorite. Country fried steak. Really good. Breakfast is amazing. Friendly staff and lots of regulars go here. Most of the time the food is really good, but lately some of the sides that aren’t fixed fresh are cold (mashed potatoes particularly)and the burgers need a press or something to make them flatter because they hardly fill up a little more than half the bun. Everything else is really good.

Went for the spaghetti special on Friday. Service was excellent, spaghetti had no taste. Put some garlic salt and pepper on leftovers and was a little better.

I have only had 2 experiences here the 1st time was an absolute delight but the second time wasn’t. I call in my order didn’t check it there but when I left with it and realized it’s not what I ordered so I call them to have it fixed and get told well that’s what’s on your ticket? My ticket? That means whom ever took my order got it wrong because she was more worried about rushing me off the phone rather than worrying about what I’m wanting. To someone that has a lot of money 6.00 isn’t a big deal but when you don’t have a lot of money like I do then 6.00 is a lot and it’s not even about the money it’s about the fact that the food was for my 4 year old son that’s a very picky eater and with me telling them this, it didn’t even matter. I will not be back and will make sure people know how heartless these 2 employees are.
