Expected a Homestyle Hamburger, different from a Franchise.. and that I got… over warm hard burn bread, over cooked hard meat and black yellow lettuce. Waiting time, about 30Min. Stop next time, just to support local business, not to enjoy a meal.

In town for a wedding and this was the first time my wife and I ate here. I just have to say the food was great, but the service was even better. All of the customers knew the staff and each other and were very friendly. I like the small town atmosphere, reminds me when I was growing up. Nobody is a stranger there. Next time I am in town, I plan to stop at Campus Drive-In.

I don’t understand how literally a couple minute drive renders an extremely cold chicken bbq dinner. Noticed cutting up quarter leg of chicken to warm it up, meat was still pink.

I was riding through town and this place caught my eye. The burger was good and the fries were awesome. The people were nice and friendly and the bathroom was really clean. I will stop there again when I’m riding through. I also really enjoyed the outside seating

I’m 61 years old and the western burger I had last night was seriously the best burger I have ever had in my life! I don’t want to oversell it, but the burger was delicious, the bacon was thick and crispy (and plentiful), and the onion ring what’s crispy and delicious! The barbecue sauce was very tasty. The french fries that came with it we’re really crispy and seasoned to perfection. I live in Fresno, but I will make a point a visiting the campus drive in in coalinga California on a regular basis!
