We had a buffet style lunch today at Canalside for a confirmation party with 30 guests. We chose the pulled pork, chicken breasts, redskin potatoes, mixed vegetables and baked beans… EVERYTHING was AMAZING! All of our guests raved about the food! Been here several time with great service and food. Had a group of 8 come in, service was terrible. It took several times coming up to the bar to get drinks filled. Food took almost 2 hours. Never received appetizers. Food was dry and fries were cold. Burgers tasted burnt and very dry. Very disappointed, brought people from out of town because service and food has always been great… Not tonight! Manager didn’t seem to care.
