This is a hard review to leave. My girlfriend has really loved this place where I avoided it. But over the last several trips the food and service has really went downhill, which is sad to say. And sad to say that we are now looking for a new Mexican joint. Based on my last experience alone id leave one star but i gave it an extra one cause it used to be good.

First of all the staff are amazing and hard working, and so kind. They have several options even if you are a vegetarian or don’t want Mexican. Easy to enter parking lot and on most days it’s easy to get a party of four or less in without wait but for parties of five or more there is sometimes a short wait on the weekends and Friday. Their food and service is amazing, with my personal favorite being the chicken and steak fajitas for two since it’s enough to easily feed a family of four. I have never had a problem with their food, it’s always been amazing and i have been going there for well over nine years! I definitely recommend this particular location over the others as I find the food and people here are better. If you are passing by don’t go to Romo’s (it’s definitely overated and the food and service isn’t half as good as cancun’s) instead if you are want to sit down with your family and have great food with lots of variety (including adult water for the couples) so everyone in the family is sure to find something they enjoy.

My family and I were visiting from Indiana, came to Crossville to do some hiking and visit some state parks. Came here and the food and service were phenomenal. The staff was friendly and attentive to our big group, the portions were big and very well priced. Great authentic Mexican food, we ordered Fajitas. Carne Asadas, Tacos, and the Mexican Steak and we were super pleased with the speed of service, overall atmosphere, and quality of food. Would definitely recommend this restaurant.

If the citizenry of Crossville knew what authentic Mexican cuisine was really like, they would refuse to eat at this restaurant. The food is so bland and flavorless, that Baby Food would serve as a preferable alternative. Even the salsa is tasteless and ketchup like. The prices are outrageous when one considers the poor quality of the food. If you would like authentic Mexican cuisine, then please for the love of Pete go someplace else!

4 generations of my family went in after family event. They didn’t know we were coming but took good care of us. Food was very good and the chips,salsa and Cheese dip very good and they kept it coming whole time there. Sons and some older had mixed drinks, sweet tea was good what I had. Be going back with just wife and I next time.

Ok… to be quite honest, I e been to this Cancun on multiple occasions, and have always thought it was slightly above average, but the meal I ate the other day while sharing dinner with my daughter was OUT OF THE PARK!!!! I tried Carnitas for the very first time… juicy, flavorful, and tons of food!!! The rice and beans were also delicious, but the pork is worthy of tremendous mention!!! So so so good!!! Try it then thank me for letting you know how good it is!!!!
