I have been here twice, the first time was a great experience the second not so great by far. First we had a sever who was concerned about other customers while engaged in a conversation with us.. Second she charged me for tortilla when we ate there. The food was great but the service was terrible. I paid what was owed and left but will not go back because of the bad service.

Food was great, service was horrible, we sat outside, they gave us time to look over the menu then seemed to forget about us, finally came back out to take our order, food was brought out sparingly, forgot to bring silverware, took forever to get refills, the restaurant was very empty no reason for service to be slow.

Small portions and horrible service. Took 20 mins for anyone to even acknowledge we were seated then the quesadilla was so small I can’t believe it would even be on a children’s menu but was supposed to be an adult portion. I had to get paper towels from the bathroom for napkins the I had to walk into the serving area to get boxes myself and tell them to bring a check or I was leaving. Worst service and food I have had since moving to Cincinnati 3 years ago. I’m a local to this place and embarrassed.
