Went for lunch during the week and had a great experience. Only hiccup was our food was not made correctly to our request (burgers, minus pickles and special sauce). They tried twice and each time something was not right. This only happened to one person out of my group of three. Lots of seating here too.

Delicious food! Burgers hit the spot. Tots are perfectly crispy, and the beer is ice cold! It must get busy here on the weekends. There’s an arcade, a coffee shop, and a merch shop! The inside is massive, and I just cannot wait to come back.

Really unfriendly staff who act like they are better than talking to you lol I’ve done customer service for 7+ years and grunting and pointing in the direction of someone’s food whose never been there and had no idea where to pick it up while this annoying buzzer goes off is honestly making me laugh. Are we in the movie bridesmaids? Girl get it together.

I usually don’t review a lot of spots but I’m kinda flabbergasted at the 1 star reviews for this place! So bummed they had that experience! I can tell you I’ve been there 3 times now and had nothing but great experiences. I LOVE the pretzels, tater tots, and double smash burger.

We love 7 Seas and have been looking forward to the opening of Canteen. Well, it was awful. We had the tater tots which were undercooked and the portion size was very small. The pretzel bites were hard, dry and tasteless. The smash burger was over cooked and the patty was smaller than a fast food burger. We will not be back for the food.
