After passing this little restaurant many times over the years we decided to give it a try. My spouse had a smoked pork Benedict and said it was delicious. I tried eggs and burnt pork ends. They were good but over 1/2 the order was fat. Service was very good , even though the waitress forgot to bring my coffee. I thought their prices were higher than expected, the cost for the 2 of us was 40 dollars without drinks.

Finally had the chance to visit this cute little spot again after literal YEARS of passing it. I forgot how much the atmosphere is so inviting! Such a cute, old school diner feel. You can tell it is family run and they take pride in their food. I will say that the dish I got had way too much of that diablo sauce they serve and it wasn’t the best BBQ I’ve had, BUT it may have been the dish itself. They have a fantastic menu and I look forward to trying their other dishes! Check them out! It’s worth it!

I will be dreaming about their brisket. Absolutely delicious. This is our new favorite spot. They’re sauces are to die for. As for the atmosphere ❤️❤️❤️❤️. The owner is a sweetheart. Such an awesome person. Staff is absolutely great. I highly recommend this place. I will be there at least once a week.

By far the best barbecue/breakfast place I’ve ever been to. The food is delicious and the portions size is a lot. I highly recommend the brisket melt, tacos, French toasts, and the Diablo skillet. Everything I have tried has not disappointed. Staff is really nice and they are quick with service! Will always be my top choice for brunch ❤️

If you’re a fan of the good ole diner feel then get to canteen as soon as possible. They have all the diner classics that you love but they throw in an exquisite barbecue twist. I opted for the Diablo pulled pork skillet and it was some of the best barbecue sauce I’ve ever tasted. (Diablo is a bit misleading. It was very tangy with a little kick at the end)
