Burrito was very flavorless and rice super undercooked and crunchy . Mac cheese is ok , quite runny and the milkshake was the only good thing . Don’t be fooled by the online delivery ratings . I ordered through door dash , won’t be coming back .

We are so disappointed in your staff. We came by last evening around 8:30 pm (6/17/23) and the door was locked. My husband and another couple we were with simply just stood outside and discussed where we were going to grab a bite since you were closed. One of your employees opened the door and said “we are closed”. My husband said “you are always closed” and this is where things took a turn. Your employee started an altercation with us and then another employee came out and joined the altercation and both were very confrontational and their main goal was to start an argument. This was a horrible experience and I work for a big corporation in Buffalo and if one of my employees did this they would be written up and they would take a training on how to act when it comes to customers. Shame on their behavior. Unfortunately you have lost us, my friends and family members who dine with your restaurant as customers. I will let it be known of what happened. I am not sure why she even opened the door to say anything in the first place. We are grown adults who were discussing where to go. They kept telling us to grow up when in reality your employees need to grow up and learn to respect people in general. It is hard to believe that the owner would think it was okay for their employees to behave the way they did. I should ask the question why would your employee even open the door to tell us you were closed when clearly you were. We were not even in the doorway. We were just simply standing outside chatting with each other. We are done with this conversation and establishment. Maybe teach your low level employees how to treat people and maybe remember the customer is always right. We were not looking for a confrontation, we were just wanting some nachos. I hope you do well with your establishment and your “ethics”.

One of my absolute favorite Mexican restaurants! I’ve never actually visited, but semi-regularly order via doordash and it’s never been bad. The worst thing that’s happened is a lack of guacamole in my rice bowl, but that’s nothing very important given it only happened once out of maybe 15-20 orders. Also, I’m fairly certain they must make their own chips? I’ve never had any that are comparable, and I find myself craving them fairly often. I do wish it was an option to specifically order bags of chips, but the guacamole and queso are so good, I’m not that saddened by the lack of chip only options. Currently waiting on my newest order to be delivered as I write this!

Food is super inconsistent. I’ve gotten it perfect, I’ve gotten it super greasy, and tonight I’ve gotten the dryest beef possible.

Flour tortillas were hard. Who serves hard flour tortillas?

Ordered a vegan burrito and vegan rice bowl on doordash- both were missing half of their ingredients. Didn’t receive Vegan sour cream, taco sauce, peppers, onions, or guacamole (which I paid extra for in both items). Their “pico de gallo” was just diced tomatoes… Basically ended up with dry rice, beans, and lettuce. In summary, I spent $30 on dry, inedible food that ended up in the trash.

The Philly cheesesteak tacos should be illegal because of how good they are. If it was possible, my entire food intake in my life would consist of these Philly cheesesteak tacos. Not to mention the rest of their menu is absolutely BANGIN!!!! Not just a top Mexican restaurant but one of my top 5 places in all of Buffalo.

I’ll have to try to eat in instead these tacos are mixed together and badly packaged.
