I’ve had my fair share of Mexican food and this is by far one of the best restaurants. They have some of the friendliest and most professional wait staff and the food they serve here are some of the best in LA. It’s worth checking this place out. I come here often like one every week or two weeks and I’ve tried almost everything on their menu, including the drinks, and it’s consistently delicious. I can’t stop recommending this place to colleagues, friends, and family. Pablo and Claudio are some of the best waiters I’ve ever encountered and they greet me and my family whenever we’re here with kindness and make us feel welcomed. More than likely though, you’ll have a great time with any of the staff here. Also, checkout their Tres Leche Cake because that is one of the reasons you’ll come back!

Hi we just had an encounter at Cantina Frida in Bevery Hills where the restaurant owner wanted to charge us $57 for having a stroller with us. I’ve posted a video below and showing the owner along with a picture of the receipt. He said that the restaurant policy is no strollers but when we were rated they say us somewhere to accommodate the stroller. After asking for the bill, there was a line showing $57 discount buy was actually taking the bill from $143 to $200. Picture of receipt and man stating to be the owner. It wasn’t until BHPD came that the owner decided to remove the stroller charge once he saw he was losing lots of business from people leaving due to the scene in the restaurant. .

We come here for lunch often. The chicken breast is usually all I order that fits into my nutrition plan. It has amazing flavor and texture. Always cooked to perfection and consistent every time I go. The food for the most part is 5 stars across the board. The only inconsistency is the service. We had to flag down our waitress just to get the order. They messed up on the orders with the wrong side items. The food runner was amazing and fixed the problem quickly. They found a solution and we were all happy. The server never checked in to see how we liked our food. Actually, we never saw her the rest of the shift. Had to get someone else to get us our check. I hope we can get better service next time and with a little more consistency this is a 5 star review.
