Service was great! I was invited to a beautiful birthday dinner. Food was favorable, but one of my dishes, the carnita tacos, wasn’t warm, but the flavor sufficed lol

The food was really good. I loved the salsa and queso. It was inexpensive. We had a big party and the service was wonderful. Will definitely come back again.

This place is under new management and the food and service is so much better. I had the Camaron Poblano Asada and it was amazing!! Top Shelf Guac was also on point.

It’s a pretty good place to eat Mexican, the service was great and tea glass never went empty.

Was looking forward to eating here I got there right at 11am. The enchiladas and rice were cool on a warm plate, the black beans were very good and up to temp. I did opt to just leave as my plate took about 20 mins to come out and didn’t see it worth waiting. But the reviews are different than what I experienced today so I’m going to give Cantina Loredo another try soon!

Went for lunch 5/12. We were seated immediately but had to find a manager after 15 minutes without seeing our waitress. He said he would go find her. Another waitress was standing with him and walked back to the table with me. She offered to go ahead and get our drinks. We asked her if we could order. She took our drinks and food order then brought our drinks. Awhile later our food arrived by the manager. We had to ask him for refills as we still hadn’t seen our waitress. Eventually we had to flag down a waitress to get our check. That waitress told us that this was supposed to be her table but that other girl stole it so she could get our bill. The 1st waitress finally came back to give us our ticket and apologizing since she was only trying to help earlier. The manager was no help. We paid and left. It will be awhile before we will be back. The food was great though but the service was beyond abysmal.

Easy convenient location to get to. Clean and cool environment with plenty of seating. Nice clean restrooms but with black toilets. Food looks great as in the presentation is well delivered. The queso is basic velveta queso. Honestly, I think it is the worst queso in town. The service was excellent but that food was a no for me. Mine lacked flavor other than too skimpy too hot verda sauce they put on the top of my enchiladas. No one wants that much raw cabbage on their food nor do they want boxed rice with their meal. The crispy pork bowl had scorched meat to the point it made it taste awful. I don’t think I will be back. Maybe this is like Superior and people go here for the drinks!

One of our 2 favorite places to eat at in Shreveport. Almost too easy to overeat and drink. I had the grilled peach Margarita and the Carnitas Bowl. Stuffed.
