It was our 2nd visit to Canyons Steakhouse last Saturday. We were seated within 5 minutes. Our 1st experience was amazing. So we returned about a year later. We are still on our honeymoon, and the team at Canyons made it super special. They decorated our table and they all signed a card for us. My wife loved it. Mayra was our server, and she is always great! We were served water and bread right away. Drinks from the bar came about 5 minutes later, and they were perfect. My wife loved her piña coloda, and I enjoyed an old fashioned. We ordered the calamari & shrimp cocktail. They are also perfect. We decided to share a 24oz ribeye with bone, which they cut in half and served on two different plates. Our sides were asparagus and a huge baked potato. Everything was cooked to perfection and came out nice and hot. The ribeye lacked a little flavor, but a bit of salt & pepper helped. For dessert, we went with this butter cake that came with vanilla bean ice cream. It was amazing. Mayra and the team came around often to check on us and made us feel special. Definitely will be back!!

My husband took me here for a birthday dinner a few days ago, the service and food was amazing, our only complaint was the very loud piano and singer, the music was so loud we couldn’t hear the hostess as we were checking in for our dinner reservations, during dinner we couldn’t even have a conversation without yelling. The music was beautiful, the singer was fine it was just way too loud, tuning it down a bit would have made a much better dining experience for the $500 dollar dinner for 3.

The best thing I can say about this Steakhouse is that it had Emily at sweet service. The room looks exactly like the Fairview Cafe NO atmosphere, food is at best at a two-star and priced almost double to the best steakhouse which would be the Great Oak at Pechanga. the canyon steak house was extremely disappointing. When I made my reservation I told them it was my husband’s birthday and not even a scoop of ice cream nothing of acknowledgment. Will not come back nor recommend this Steakhouse..

Usually go to Great Oak at Pechanga bur decided to try this. Service was good, atmosphere nothing special. Food was very overpriced compared to other steak houses and not nearly as good. Can grill a better steak at home.

Ordered king crab legs. Got home it was 3 pieces of snow crab. It was cook so much it was touch. Unable to chew it. Smelled horrible. Never again. Paid 125.00 for trash. Called and was told it was the only crab they had. Not helpful. No sides just butter. SAD…..

Very elegant restaurant inside Soboba Casino. Service was top notch and the food was amazing. I had the Cesar salad with lobster and Mac on the side. Definitely recommend this place to anyone. Prices are on the high but I believe it’s worth it.

1st time coming to a steakhouse and let me tell you, it was delicious. Haven’t had steak this good ever. The quality of the food was above and beyond. The taste of all the different foods and sides, definitely made the experience good. Service was excellent as well. Not cheap by any means, but definitely worth it, you deserve it.
