This was my second time ever coming here the customer service is overall just poor i checked my order before i left and noticed the chili cheese fries i ordered for somebody else barely had any cheese on it and so i went to the window and said hey i barely have any cheese on my chili cheese fries and i was told we don’t sell squeeze cheese not “ what can i do to fix it” but we don’t have any squeeze cheese right after i done spent almost $40 i told the lady that would be nice to let people know before they spend their money and expect one thing and get another and decided she wanted to go back and forth with a pregnant woman at that like i said before don’t waste your time at this Coney Island it’s very poor in customer service and very disrespectful if i could’ve left no stars it would’ve been just that

Very very disappointed ☹️ had to ask for powdered sugar for times and then lady argued with me imitation fake butter on top of my French toast, also a customer who was dying and went back up to ask for some water and some hot sauce and was told next time order everything all at once very rude and disrespectful. one-chick lady walked in behind the counter and was yelling at people and very disrespectful, very very unpleasant and unprofessional

I usually don’t post negative reviews I just don’t return but here goes. I stopped here 5-11-23 to get a quick salad while waiting to meet a client. I sat inside and the woman taking my order was pleasant but after I sat down the woman, the cook and maybe the manager I am not sure who the third person was, they engaged in the loudest profanity driven conversation ever. It did not concern anyone that there was a customer inside eating. I had to keep looking there way thinking someone would say hey lets watch our language but no one did. It is the most unprofessional place I have been to. I am sure Capital Coney must read the comments or they just don’t Care.

Can’t follow directions on getting an order right. I repeated my order several times. I wanted an omelette with gyro meat, feta cheese, tomatoes and onions and they put American cheese which totally changed the taste of the omelette. I wouldn’t of been so irritated if I didn’t repeat myself five times and the attendant acted as she had the order right. This was a waste of my money. Check your order thoroughly before leaving!

I can’t do it very much love to give it a five star rating, but I can’t. The place is unhappy. At least it was to me when I got my food. Lots of bulletproof plexiglass. Lots of old seating. And woman that I met who was the face of capital Coney Island, just seemed tired and unhappy. The food was terrific. It was plentiful and it was delicious.
