Decent cup of coffee at a very reasonable price. The best part though is that it’s a nice atmosphere to sit and chat when you need need to get out of the office. The staff has always been super kind too.

Can’t believe this is the Capital One building and none of the ATMs have been working for over a month. Hey! But you can get coffee…..

Great place to grab coffee quick, and a variety of other items on their menu as well. I’ve had some of their breakfast munchies, delicious! I really like using their space for meetings with clients, as it’s easy to find, very open and welcoming layout, and coffee prices are reasonable. Peet’s coffee for the win!

I worked for CapitalOne as a contractor from July 2018 to April 2019. I did a really good job and no complaints from management. I was told that my contract would be through June, even though I heard rumors of my job being automated. In April, without warning, my contract was terminated. They straight up lied to me. I wrote a letter to the president of Capital One and what I got was, verbal abuse from my agency and Capital One HR.

I had recently moved to St. Cloud, Minnesota a couple of years ago and I decided to attend a local job fair at the River’s Edge Convention Center. I did my research online to confirm what positions Capital One was hiring for. I was ready to apply and have an interview. I had the experience, skills, speak more than one language, I dressed professionally. There were two capital one representatives and I asked these two gentlemen about the position I was interested in applying for, but one of them answered “no, I’m sorry, we are not hiring for that position”. I was surprised because I had done my research and made sure they were hiring. Then I replied “Oh, OK. What positions are you guys hiring for?” and the same employee replied “sorry we don’t have any positions available right now”. Then I knew right there and then I was the wrong color, you know it and you feel it. Since then I decided not to have anything to do with capital one. I have been a satisfied Wells Fargo customer for so many years. I travel all over the country and abroad and they have always done the job right. Banking with them has always been very convenient. So I always let people know what to expect when banking with capital one. “What’s in your wallet?” Well, definitely is NOT capital one…

To be honest, the coffee is okay. But every other aspect makes this my go to cafe! The environment is very welcoming and it is a great place to work on homework or socialize with friends. The large windows let in lots of natural light in and there are many large desks that give you enough space to work on handwritten homework. The ambassadors are some of the most hospitable brand representatives I have ever come across. You can get 50% off of the coffee if you pay with a Capital One card and they offer a free coffee on Wednesdays for college students. Want to try going to a new place to work on homework or get the best deal on coffee? Definitely check this place out!

Capital One Cafe is the cafe located inside the Capital One bank lobby. It’s a great place for meeting business clients or having a business meeting. They offer coffee, tea and other beverages, as well as bakery items and other light fare to eat. It’s a comfortable space right in the center of downtown. I cannot recommend the bank itself as they have some very underhanded business practices that they used on me as a customer. The cafe, however, is decent.

I’ve been a Capital One banker for many years and really like the company as a whole. This cafe is great because they give customers 50% off for using a Capital One card, on Wednesdays they give students a free drink, and there are free menstrual products in the women’s room. This company shows customer appreciation.
