We stopped in for lunch. Our group had cheese sticks, a calzone, pepperoni pizza, an Italian sub, and a Greek salad. Everything was awesome. Our waitress was perfect.

I had a large cheese pizza, add pepperoni. Also a side of marinara sauce. This is the best pizza I have had in a while, and that means something as I am a trucker and get it all over the USA. I also had it delivered to me, so I can only imagine how good it is immediately out of the oven! The marinara sauce was outstanding, and I’m a sauce person so I appreciate that. The prices were acceptable for the product and I would recommend this place. 10/10.

Loved loved loved the pizza… chicken wings on point and the subs just tasty. Pizza with that melty cheesy super stringy …. As a pizza should be …. Definitely one of the best pizzas I have had … the atmosphere super cool, just relax have a slice and a cold one.

If I could describe the perfect pizza crust and then have someone make it, I think it would turn out like the crust at Capital Pizza. Soft, chewy (in a good way), and warm on the inside, lightly crisped on the outside. The pizza is not soggy at all even though they don’t hold back on toppings. There are lots of options for traditional and specialty pizzas, and a really extensive beer list. I typically love a BBQ chicken pizza, so I had to try the Smokehouse pizza which is similar but has pulled pork instead of chicken. It was SO GOOD. Meat lover’s also was delightful and lived up to its name. The place is unassuming, there is parking available, and the service is very good.

Ordered the special green chile chicken pizza and cheese bread. It was delicious all around. My husband said something was missing on the pizza but he likes his green chilies a bit spicier and these were mild. They were perfect for anyone who doesn’t like it can’t handle spicy. Delicious sauce. The cheese bread was perfect! Great service. Nice atmosphere. Will definitely come back here again, but try a different pizza next time.

My wife and I have been here several times over the years! Solid consistent fantastic service. Always a perfect experience, not sure why I haven’t ever in the past put a review for this place. However this time around, I wanted to share because it’s such a great pizza joint. We come to Lubbock a lot and this is a go to place for great Calzones and so many other options to choose from. Highly recommend!!!!

Truthfully, I’d say they have the best pizza I have had in Lubbock. I had the Buffalo chicken pizza and it was really great. I’m happy I gave them a chance. I’ve not written many reviews but Lubbock doesn’t have a ton of great spots to eat so I thought this review would help people find a good pizza spot. Seriously great pizza. Next level cheese. It’s also reasonably priced.

When my parents lived in Lubbock, they were regulars here and it’s so easy to see why! Now I frequent here often! The staff are great, particularly Zach, Ashley, Lily, and Riley. I’ve met some of the guys on the line and they do a great job with the food here, especially the thai curry pizza and their calzones, not to mention that their sandwiches are very well made, and most of the time Capital Pizza will have a special that you really have to go for. This is a good place with good food, and even better people. Thanks guys!
