I normally love this place. It usually never disappoints, but this time, I got a perch sandwich. The bread was too small for the fish. Everything was seasoned perfectly once I was able to eat it. As soon as I picked up my sandwich, all the fish fell off, and then I had to eat a deconstructed sandwich. Suggestion use a kiser roll or something for the sandwiches so the fish doesn’t come out. I really wanted a sandwich, not fish and fixings.

I paid almost $25 for lobster roll, the bread was old, and it fell apart. The advertisement picture shows claw meat when it’s actually imitation crab meat with very little claw meat or real lobster.

This was only my second time ordering here as I do not live in this city. Both visits I ordered the same thing because my daughter has food allergies. While the flavor of the food is good, and my daughter enjoys her meal, the manners of the guy taking orders could be much better. He had zero manners the first visit, I perceived it as he had a busy day. The second visit his mood was unwelcomely the same, I even had to speak first, he never says thank you, enjoy, your welcome…his tone is never polite and when he does speak, he says stalely “anything else” then tells you your total. He gives off body language/energy as though he rather be anywhere else but there, if that’s what you’re displaying why would I want to be there? My husband wanted to order a lot for himself this time but changed his mind because of him also. I won’t order from here again simply because his customer service skills are nonexistent. Although I don’t live in this city, I come to town every month on business, sometimes even vacation or events, and even multiple times a month, deciding to give The Amp 16 Tech vendors a try since early 2022. I don’t want to feel like a bother to you anymore so I will continue business with other vendors as their customer service skills make me feel very welcome and they always greet me politely and with a smile.

I have had 2 orders cancelled this week on @doordash at the 1220 Waterway Blvd location! If the store isn’t accepting orders just turn the service off on your end as it’s VERY frustrating to build and order just for it to be declined and your form of payment authorized..

Food was alright, most of the people seemed nice, but what terrible service. After we saw the folks who ordered in-store both directly ahead of us and directly behind us received their food, we asked about the status of our order. “It’s still being worked on.” More people who ordered in-store after us received their orders. Half an hour later, we asked again. “We’re putting you to the front of the line.” After an hour and thirty-six minutes of waiting, we finally received our food and a quick “Sorry for your wait.” Receipt on the bag was a reprint, so they had clearly lost our order. Meh.

Extremely Rude. I walked up to the counter, I had to speak first, then neither one of the men behind the counter responded. I asked for a drink, the black guy rang it up, took my card, put the cup on the counter, handed my card back…didn’t say “thank you”, “have a nice day”, nothing. I shouldn’t have even patronized them for the $3.00 drink off principle. I would never recommend an establishment with such horrible customer service. Usually the vendors at The AMP are super friendly.
