My mother had ordered a large steak pizza from this place, which had cost 31 dollar and something change. The pizza was over cooked, dry and very tasteless to say the very least. My mother called them to place a complaint and no she didn’t ask for a refund because she didn’t want one but the female on the other end of the phone was very rude and nonchalant. They do not offer to refix orders if it’s messed up. Do not waste your money. Go some where else where u as a customer and your money will be appreciated.

Just recently ordered from here and sadly had to drop a cpl stars…not because the food was bad but because of not paying attention to simple request of sub roll being very lightly toasted. Due to having no teeth(work accident) it’s crucial. But instead I got extra toasted(it seemed) and now my mouth is ripped up a bit and bleeding…2ndly the nacho fries was missing half of the things it was described on the menu as. Taste wise I’ve not been disappointed the multiple times I’ve ordered,but again simple instructions that mean alot (who wants a mouthful of blood?)and the disappointment of the “nacho” fried Is the reason my 5* turned into 3

After calling at 5:09pm to order a pizza I called back at 7:15 and they said they are making it now the driver calls me at 730 said he is in collins and I live in the opposite direction they never answer the phone always off the hook I have ordered hundreds of pizzas from them and this is the last time I’m tired of the laziness this was a Thursday 9-6-23 also after getting here must be the order of wing is down to 18 for a double order now used to be 12 then 10 and apparently now 9

Got a small pizza, 20 wings, and a cheeseburger sub. Pizza was good, wings were good, but my sub sucked. Missing onions, ketchup, mustard, and pickles. Normally they say you get what you pay for, but for $53 I expected better. Not coming back.

I’m from South East, NY, the Catskills, Sullivan County to be exact. The pepperoni pizza I had today at Capozzi’s is honestly in my top 3 pizzas I’ve ever had. Super crispy homemade puzza crust made ftom homemade dough, tiny grease filled pepperoni cups id take any day over the wide flat pepperoni from back home. I’m used to NYC style but im not bias because I just love good food. A large pepperoni pie might have to be my co- pilot take for the 4.5 hr. ride back home….
