I’ve been to this particular place many times over the years, but I’m done. Just ordered a large cheesesteak. First of all they have raised the prices, which I’m ok with, but at the same time, cut way back on the meat. I unwrapped the sandwich and saw nothing but bread. Opened it up and didn’t like what I saw. It was barely enough meat inside for half of the bread. I actually made a half of a sandwich out of the 18 inch that I bought. The half of a sandwich that I ate was good as usual, but to buy a large and get enough meat for a medium isn’t good. The pics are of one half and the bread left over after I moved the meat .

Ive ordered from here several times but it seem this locations has become lazy. The last 3 times I’ve ordered, the order had been incomplete or wrong all together. My recent order was a chicken cheesesteak with all the add one and fixings yet when I got home to eat it, it didn’t have them ie. lettuce/ tomatoes etc. this happens especially when I do an online order and even happened on multiple items in the same order previously.

My husband and I ordered on DoorDash and spent over $50, he got a hot bobby and I got a cheesesteak. The bobby didn’t have all the ingredients on it. I also ordered a medium side of cranberry sauce and we never received it. The order was suppose to be delivered around 6pm and we didn’t get the order till 6:45pm and apparently they closed at 6pm.

Ordered Grilled Bobby- good amount of Turkey but really light on cranberry sauce and stuffing . Complained to manager with photos and all he could say was he would talk to the crew. Paid a lot of $$ for Turkey on bread.

The staff are very rude and arrogant. Horrible customer service. Visited this location 11/15/18 at around 7:30pm and the doors were locked and I could see staff inside doing nothing. I knocked on the door for attention but all the staff inside just turned their back to the door just to ignore me. Everyone in the store pretended not to have seen me. After 5min of persistence knocking one gentleman unlocks the door and explained to me that they are closed for the day in a very rude and condescending tone.

I used to love Capriotti’s sandwiches, but the taste went way down hill and the service is horrible. I ordered two subs at about 6:30 the guy told me 15 minutes. I get there at 7pm the door is locked and the guy that was standing there just walked off. I just wanted to tell him that I ordered over the phone and just wanted to pay for my stuff. The sign says closed at 8pm, if this is the service I get from this place no thank you. I even tried another location, just horrible service. If my money isn’t appreciated it should be appreciated else were smh
