It’s the original. Consistent quality food. Wide selection of sandwiches and salads. Staff is always friendly. Parking can be troublesome. Best to order online. Excellent vegetarian selection. Chips and soda available in store.

I saw one of the reviews how thin they make their hoagies. I even ordered extra meat and there was still nothing. They forgot to add the onions and pickles to my sandwich,basically I paid $20 for garbage won’t be returned into this location again

The food really went down hill. I got a small roast turkey which was way over priced, $10 for 8″! Then they used that precut “fake” American cheese, it was the worst sub I ever ate. Will not go back

My husband and I love this specific Capriottis for years we’ve been ordering subs here. But lately we’ve been ordering and having issues with what we ordered. Today we ordered a large Italian and a large cheesesteak with everything on it and pepper relish on the side. Sad to say each sub is about $20 each now. The Italian sub was fine but the cheesesteak had nothing but ketchup, cheese and steak we specifically ordered it with everything. We also did not get our side of hot pepper relish. I never leave a review but today I did because I called 15 minutes before closing to resolve the issue and no one answered the phone. Customers should be able to contact the store until closing.

I took a friend here for their first Capriotties experience. He ordered 2 huge sandwiches that cost $38. No chips or drinks. When he opened them I noticed they were lacking. Wawa served thicker sandwiches . When the guy asked what did he want on it. He said everything. But they didnt put mayo or oil and a few other things he was expecting. He said it was dry. Sorry I didn’t take better pictures.
