Terrible first and only experience. The Bobbie sub was very dry according to two of my family members. They messed up my order and got it mixed up with another customer’s, so we both went home disappointed. Ordered a grilled Italian sub and ended up with some sort of grit sub that was so salty I couldn’t even take a bite. For a Friday night they closed as early as 8, so I couldn’t even go back to have them make it right. Had to order more food from another restaurant. Never coming here again!

Ordered a grilled Italian. There was literally no more than 2 ounces of meat and a ton of lettuce and tomato. Very disappointing. Stop buying the bobbie for the same reason. Extremely small amount of turkey. I make my own bobbie’s. Not going back.

Living In Lewes my entire life I’ve always ordered my cheesesteaks from capriottis lewes. Door dash will only delivery from the longneck location. Every time I get a cheese steak from long neck it’s skimpy not much meat at all and I’m paying 30 dollar for a large cheesesteak it better be filling. WILL NOT be ordering from long neck location again. Do not recommend wasting your money here. Go to lewes and get a full cheesesteak.

$19.99 for a lettuce & peppers sub that was supposed to be Italian. Where’s the meat?!? Capriotti’s used to be a great sub shop like most places pre covid. However this has consistently been a problem each time we’ve ordered from this location. We hope to see this business thrive like all business however we can no longer support this type of lack of substance and quality.

Very disappointed!!! I love the Capriotti’s in Lewes. I was so excited to see this one closer to home. There is more meat on a shorti from Wawa than what was on the medium I received from the Millsboro Capriotti’s. Staff was very nice and the roll was fresh and delicious.

Millsboro location just opened (daily 10 am – 7 pm). The kids like the cheese steaks and meatball subs. I ordered The Bobbie — oven-roasted turkey, dressing (stuffing), and cranberry sauce >> Thanksgiving on a roll! The Capastrami is also highly recommended. Avoid waits — order in advance online or through the Capriotti’s app.

I waited 12 minutes on hold to order this 18″ 24 dollar disappointment. Everything was fresh and wrapped nicely, there was even a decent amount of meat. It just wasn’t that great of a sandwich. Everyone was very polite, though I didn’t like the tip screen when paying with my card. I don’t like being pressured into tipping the counter clerk. Pay them better, you surely charge enough for the sandwich. There’s a lot of competition in this area, make better tasting subs and pay your help so they don’t need a tip for a pickup order on a 24 dollar sandwich. Like I said there’s a lot of competition, I probably won’t return.
