We placed a pickup order and when we got home one of our subs was missing all the meat. We called Capriotti’s and the manager gave us the option to pick a new one up or have our entire order refunded. We really appreciated the ownership the manager took in rectifying the mistake. Will definitely visit again.

They have some of the best subs around. You can’t beat the taste of the bobby. It’s by far my favorite cold sub and it’s even better if you take it home and throw it in the toaster oven for a few minutes. Whoever thought of Thanksgiving on a sub roll deserves one heck of a raise! Staff was friendly, the store was clean, and the food was tasty!

Absolutely disgusting! Paid 25 dollars for a Sub with extra meat that had No meat it was literally like a regular sub, the lettuce was Bitter and had a awful taste it was a massive amount of onions like it stunk up my car for a day! Never again definitely not worth 25! I would not recommend this place at all!

Capriotis used to have good subs and they were worth the money. Now they are way overpriced for the amount of meat they use on their sandwiches. $17 for a sub that’s essentially just a roll and cheese no meat. I will not ever order from them again. It’s a ripoff. I recommend you order from pretty much anywhere else!

Wish there was a way to leave no stars. I have eaten at multiple locations and never really had much of an issue. However I will never eat at the Smyrna location again and would strongly advise even trying. Got a Large steak sandwich and it had hardly any meat for 17.49 I expect a little more of a sandwich. Supervisor told me it’s because “I didn’t get cheese”, $17.49 anywhere else gets you a full course meal.

I’m new to the area and this place was recommended to me, I’m very disappointed.I ordered my family and I turkey and cheese hogies and we received shredded turkey on a hogie roll with none of the condiments we asked for. I gave one star because the roll was fresh, never again I will not be returning.
