Finally had lunch at the sandwich shop. I was surprised it wasn’t that crowded after its reputation. I enjoyed a wagyu cheese steak. It was good but I didn’t think it was amazing. The fries are exceptional. Parking is a little difficult, just be patient. The one thing I didn’t enjoy was the staff never seem to clean tables after people left. There was food residue when I sat down and I had to clean it myself. Several months since my last visit. Cheesesteak I had was amazing. The fries are still good. Just like last time I noticed the staff does not clean the tables between customers. They need to get that fixed.

Ordered via door dash. First time I ordered from here was great. This instance was terrible. Cold fries and thrown together lack luster sandwich. Also, didn’t include my husband’s meatball sandwich. Ordered 2 sandwiches, but received 1. They didn’t answer phone when I called.

I came here to try something new since I’ve been eating the same McKinney area food for two decades. I do not regret coming here. The sandwich and french fries I got were delicious and the service from Stan was above and beyond. I definitely recommend this place. You must try it if you’re in the area! Thanks to the team here for making my experience amazing. I really honor and appreciate the effort as a fellow service industry worker. Great job, guys!

First time visiting this location and first time trying their sandwiches. We had the turkey and roast beef. Very tasty can’t wait to try more sandwiches.

Crystal and her team are so nice and took time out to know everyone in our small group before serving us exceptional food. Highly recommended above typical sub shops.

Owners were super nice, but the sandwich I received was not a $10 sandwich. I literally had to purchase more food somewhere else, because I was still hungry. Don’t know why I would ever go back. Disappointing, I was looking forward to another (good) sandwich option along 380.

Really good sandwiches! They are short staffed, but there is a sign asking for your patience, which I really appreciate the up front heads up. The food was worth the couple of minutes extra wait. Highly recommend the Capastrami Fries! The Bobbie sandwich was awesome as well…thanksgiving sandwich all year round!

I have followed Capriotti‘s for a very long time… They have been on I 75 they have moved to Frisco and now they’re in McKinney… I always order pretty much the same thing depending on if they are offering it or not… That is all of the vegetarian options. The last visit with Wes today, the impossible steak sandwich was not cooked fully. The bread is pink, and the meat is pink. That is not OK to eat with an impossible sandwich. I truly hope they take more time to cook food thoroughly. The owner was nice and very conversational. I hate that they don’t communicate when you’re making moves to new locations but I am glad I found them. Hopefully the next experience will be better.
