New staff. Slow service. Always good. Obviously Didn’t double my meat as requested and paid for on cheese steaks. Embarrassing because as slow as it was manager came out from office and asked what time it was and was surprised when I told him then complained to me that they get a rush right before closing time and that’s why they’re slow (which I never said anything) even though they were open for another 90 minutes. Then he went back into the office and told the two workers that they had to hurry up and start cleaning up. Next thing I do is look up the closing time on google maps and the first thing I see is a 1 star review with someone complaining about waiting 15 minutes with only three people in the store and there is the manager or his twin sitting in a customer chair in that picture. Funny. Now he’s in charge making 40k as manager plus bonuses as advertised on the front door. Well. Good luck with those bonuses.

I had the veggie cheese steak and it was fresh and delicious. And the medium is really huge and I ended up taking part of it home. Bread is soft and fresh. Also had the Cap salad which was also large and fresh. Staff is super friendly and helped me pick my toppings. This was my first visit to a Capriotti’s and I hope they are all this good!

I WILL NOT EAT HERE AGAIN! Everything about my turkey sandwich was horrible! Turkey was mixed with dark dark meat as well as i hit softbone in it the lettuce was already welting i had ordered extra provolone and there was only 2 peices to begin with… shame on you! I threw the other half of sandwich away!

Employees at this store have a good attitude and are very courteous,and they appear to care about what type of product they’re serving to their customers. My 8-inch Waygu steak sub was delicious, and my wife enjoyed her meal as well. I won’t mention any names, but some of these fast food joints need to take note. (You know who you’re) This is not Einstein math. Subpar management produces subpar employees = Subpar food.

One simple, request. Please mark the sandwiches that you make. This is not the first time we’ve gotten a completely different order than what I placed online. There were 2 orders sitting on the counter that were ready when I walked in. It was dead in there and the 2 guys were sitting in the back which isn’t a big deal. However I was given the wrong order…yet again. Please guys…just get my dang order right. $45 for sandwiches sucks to pay as it is…even more when you get home with something you don’t enjoy at all.

Capriottis used to be a solid go to in my book with good environment and food. Now they can’t seem to keep employees, everyone seems miserable and the food quality and wait times are not good. Maybe it’s a corporate thing and can’t handle too many locations. Not the capriottis of old.. that’s for sure. Only get a 2nd star for the memories!

First time ordering from Capriotti’s and was really hoping for a great sub since its been over 6 years since I’ve had one. I asked that they PLEASE toast the bread, they didn’t. And, the whole thing was just dry. Bread was cheap and tasteless. No oil and vinegar or dressing. The only item I enjoyed was the tomato soup. Too bad, they’re so close to me but not worth the calories.
