This shop was terrific. I walked in about 30 minutes before close and needed 5 sandwiches. They really didn’t make me feel bad at all. Their attitude was fantastic. The food was excellent. Store was clean and I never was made to feel like they wished I hasn’t walked in.

Great location with plenty of parking, can be very busy at lunch hour, they make good sandwiches here, the Bobbie is always a winner for any Thanksgiving turkey fan, had the Italian today, it was really good as well, very fresh and high quality meats are used. Tried the BBQ chicken with a Chipotle Ranch dressing, delicious, a bit spicy.

The guy that rung me up I wish I got his name was so pleasant. He told me to get the “Bobbie” He was spot on and my sandwich was absolutely delicious! I am a New Yorker and this sandwich was top tier. I will definitely be returning to this establishment to try the other sandwiches. Great job young man. Keep up the good work!❤️

Very dirty, from floors to tables to countertops. There was one guy at the counter helping a lady, while three employees were visible in the back and a fourth came in from taking out the trash. After 5 minutes of being ignored, the manager finally came out from the back and asked if I had been helped yet. I ordered the managers special and she asked me what sandwich, as if I worked there and she didn’t. Then, as I waited for the one worker to make all 3 of the sandwiches for the lady in front of me, I watched as nobody helped the one guy do all of the work. Needless to say, I will not eat at this location again. They treat you like they don’t need or want your business. …15 minutes later, I’m still waiting for my sandwich. So I go up to the counter and ask where my sandwich is after I see them hand one to a lady that ordered after me…they forgot to make my sandwich!!! So she tells me she will put double on It, so I figured double meat…nope , just double cranberry and mushy stuffing. Gross!

So usually most of the workers here are very nice except for one of them with grey hair and a female maybe the manager. Anyway I politely asked to use the restroom and she was extremely rude and hateful. Little did she know that I went on there to see if my party of 20 would be comfortable there and no way was I going to eat there after how extremely rude and hateful she was.

This was only my 2nd time getting Capriotti’s and this location is not it. I’m pretty sure this location suffers from understaffing/being underpaid, which really affects the quality of the service and the location. Our table was very sticky when we sat down, the A/C was freezing on a 90° day, and the cashier didn’t specify what we would get on the combo, so we ended up missing items. Pay your workers better so they do better, end of story.
