Ordered a large Bobbie to split with my wife. We had one bit and tossed it in the trash. Literally had a pound of mayo on it, it was all you could taste. Gained 5 lbs from that one bit! What a waste of money.

So, I placed an online order tonight. A small Italian sandwich for my boyfriend and a medium for myself. On mine, I asked for no tomatoes and to add mayo, vinegar and oil. On my boyfriends, I had them add mayo and extra meat. Well, mine had tomatoes and the vinegar and oil was not added. I got a text from my boyfriend saying his has oil and vinegar on it, which he cannot have, and he was asking why there wasn’t tomatoes on his sandwich. So, they screwed up our orders that I spent over $21 on, and now my boyfriend can’t eat his lunch at 10pm while he is at work. I am giving two stars because I did call and they did refund me for my order, even when i told them I would be happy with just having the money back for the smaller sandwich my bf can’t eat. They were very apologetic.

Ordered 2 Pastrami sandwiches, both the exact same. I specified twice, No cole slaw, No dressing, or anything with mayo. They gave me a messy Cole slaw sandwich. Requested a Manager but the “shift lead” lied & said she was the manager until she admitted all she can do is request the RM call me back. Refused to refund me. I went back for the correct sandwiches and they gave me roast beef & NOT the pastrami sandwiches I ordered. The duo working this shop should be fired! They failed miserably to simply make what I ordered. Idiots!

I went here during lunch since I was craving for their Cheese Steak. I ordered only and scheduled it for pick up at 3 pm. When I got there (which was on time), it was ready however the sandwich was already cold. I’m a little disappointed about it since it was probably sitting there for awhile.

Good sandwiches, polite staff. The 3 stars comes from the fact I am asked to leave a tip on an order I had to walk up to a counter to order, had to walk up to the counter to get said order, and received zero check ins or drink refills once we began our meal. If this place is paying their staff below minimum wage and expecting customers to make up the difference in tips…then customers need to be delivered the type of experience that warrants gratuity. If not, remove the tip section of your receipts.

Usually VERY good. This time was an off day. Guys of the Bobbie didn’t fill the bread so a quarter of the sandwich was just bread no filling. In the meat was little bones about the size of teeth and I understand with fresh meat there will be one once in a while but this was more than 5 pieces in one sandwich. It was every other bite! Meat was dry and difficult to chew. Hope this was a one off . Will be back but I’ll be more cautious eating the Bobbie if I order it again. Broken teeth are expensive to repair.
