Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop makes it possible to have a great chess steak sandwich here in the greater Las Vegas area. The bread is the traditional soft and toasty I have grown to love! I got the biggest one and I couldn’t be more glad! I’m definitely going to order another sandwich soon!

On Monday I tried to pay with my gift card. It didn’t work when I know that I had a remaining balance. The district manager was there and told me to call their corporate offices. I did. No one answered my call….. I left a message and none returned my call. I ordered a sandwich for my friend, it wasn’t what I ordered. I ordered a salad for myself and they didn’t put the lid on my salad dressing and it spilled all over the sandwich. Disappointed beyond belief..they used to be my favorite spot.
