Been coming to this location for years and this is the worst sandwiches we’ve ever gotten. Stop putting less meat on your subs!!! First they mess my moms order up and put onions and seasoning on it when she specifically asked for none called them and they found her order told her she was right and they would give her a free replacement but it’s to late to go back she had to eat something at home. Then me and my dads sandwich didnt even have enough meat to fill the bread we each got the 18 inch and we finished it which we shouldn’t be able to. 71.00 order pretty disappointed will hit Cheyenne location next time have had plenty bad experiences here.

Please stop trying to be a good sandwich shop! It used to be really good! They changed the roast beef to something I don’t want to eat and the kid took my sandwich and said my $20 would go back on my card automatically, Never Happened! He was just trying to get rid of me, because I kept asking before I ordered why my sandwich that I use to order every week…. Why it was so much more $$$ I was told it was the same roast beef sandwich, so I went ahead and ordered this but it was not the same so all. I know some like roast beef rare, but not me, and Jared said my $20 would go back on my card but it never did. Please bring back your original roast beef! I won’t go here anymore! Sorry, but I miss the sandwich we used to get from here and now it’s gone!

I won’t be back to this location. Where do I start? Ordered Turkey and Italian. The lettuce, onions n tomatoes were dripping wet, so the bread was soggy. The rolls were stale, falling apart. So gross. The manager is def not doing their job with these kids that don’t care. Will be going back to other locations. Real bummer.
