Feel like I have a 30% success rate with all Capriotti shops in town. Simplest sandwich request, quite literally Turkey and Stuffing only. 70% of the time it’s covered in Mayo because they enter “Bobbie / Stuffing” and the person making never pays attention.

I just went and I’m a still in the middle of my sandwich. They were in the middle of a lunch rush and the guy taking the orders was dealing with 2 phones and multiple people asking questions and he remained so calm and collected. Finishing all the questions and both phone orders without sounding frustrated or anything! Then right away moved on to taking my order and was very kind and calm asking me what he needed to know and said perfect it will be done in 4 minutes! He wasn’t lying. The back kitchen staff made my sandwich just the way I ordered and was very kind also! Very impressed I’m sorry I missed your name but you were doing a great job!

The customer service was good. Nothing over the top or pushy but everything that a lot of fast food places lack, these guys have. Cheerful and seemed glad that I was there. They greeted every that came in. Colten and team was running a great shift.

Insane prices.. does not really equate for their food. Their Caprastrami was ok. I’m a native new yorker and use to work in a deli during my highschool and college years – so I’m picky.. Pastrami on Rye w/Melted Swiss with Coleslaw, Mustard on a Rye Bread is the way to go.

I love capriottis but we had a terrible experience at this location. We ordered a grilled Italian. in the pictures (and other locations) you should receive a sandwich with full slices of meat. The sandwich came with all the meats chopped into little bits. They also seemed much lighter than other capriottis. The other issue was the sandwich had no flavor. The employees were kind and earned an extra star. The wagyu burger was good even though a little light.

Sandwich was all bread an sauce with very little meat. Completely different from menu picture almost wanted to return the sandwich but I was hungry.. Must be because of Good old Joe Biden’s policies. Sorry Never eating here again Subway does better.

I love their subs! The bread makes the whole thing come together. The staff impressed me the most. I was there on a very hot day and while I was waiting for my food to go, the manager came out said you look very hot and gave me a complimentary large drink and free dessert for waiting so long for one sub. A great example of a business taking care of their customer.
