I’ve had it with this location. I’ve had several negative experiences here over the past year. Between bad product outcome (got my order wrong– twice), failure of integrity, and abysmal customer service, it’s worth going out of my way when I want one of these sandwiches to avoid giving this crew my limited disposable dollars. They have proven once and for all they don’t deserve our business. Do yourself a favor, avoid the frustration of trying to get a good Capriottis sandwich from these apparently lazy, inattentive folks. If you can’t bother to walk my way or greet me when I come to give your establishment some business, I won’t bother giving you business ever again. Forget you.

I accidentally ordered from this location which is more than 20 minutes from my house. I tried to call to cancel but they weren’t answering their phones. I decided I had to drive there. . When I arrived I was treated very rudely with the “lead” telling me they don’t answer the phones when they are busy. They weren’t busy when I arrived. There was no manager on duty. To add insult to injury, my sandwich had almost no turkey and was completely covered on the outside with a mountain of coleslaw making it a soggy and unmanageable mess.

I have had good n bad sandwich experiences but this place takes the cake ordered the Italian sub no meat nor cheese was put on this sandwich usually when that happens employees are stealing the food. I will not go there at all anymore I dont recommend that anyone goes there at all the worst sandwich buying experience I ever have had .

Placed an order to pick up at noon for a steak and cheese combo. Wife surprised me at 11:15 with lunch, so I called to cancel it. Manager told me the sandwich was already made and to come get it. I told him I wouldn’t have taken it anyway since they made it more than 30 minutes before I asked. I was told that I had to go online to cancel it, but I checked out as a guest so there wasn’t a way to cancel it online. Anyway, love Capriottis and I’ll still eat there often, just not this location.

OMG this was one of the best sandwiches I’ve had in a long time. Capriotti’s had a shop in Downtown Dallas where I’m from so I’ve been knowing about them for some time now. I’m headed to Nashville here shortly but by wait… Not before I get me another sandwich

Horrible experience this place is dirty and nasty, there is bugs, there staff is incredibly rude and disgusting the proper hygiene is not even established. They refuse to give you a refund even though they messed up your food. The managers and staff are horrible. If you want to come and eat at a over price small dirty restaurant were nobody wash there hands and the managers are rude and irresponsible then come here.

This location is absolutely horrible, on more than one occasion they’ve just completely forgotten my order. I wish there was another location close enough to use. Don’t go here if you can avoid it and always always always check your food before you leave highly likely they made it wrong. It’s crazy how often they mess up.
