Absolutely horrible, I would give them a -5 star if possible. I was quite hungry but I threw the food away after one bite. This is the worst take-home experience I have ever had from and at a Capriotti’s ever. First off, the store front was dirty with tons of mop marks all over the floor, 2/3 tables and the bar had trash/rubbish/food scraps all over them, the trash can by the front door was over filled, and I saw 3 soggy wrapped sandwiches sitting on their soup prep area. I ordered a medium cheese steak with the works (mushrooms, grilled onions, hots & sweets), provolone cheese, toasted roll , and russian dressing. I received a small cheese steak with little to no cheese, no russian dressing, raw onions, the steak was dry and overcooked, and the roll was soggy and tasted old, mealy, and tough. I also ordered a medium ham sandwich standard with added mustard, mayo, oil, and vinegar, and was informed that they now only carry prosciuttini sandwiches. I agreed to the prosciuttini, and after opening it, I found that the meat was placed on top of the lettuce and tomatoes, which were drenched in mustard and oil but had no vinegar, was way over salted, the tomatoes and lettuce tasted strange and the roll was dry with no mayonnaise in sight. The last sandwich I ordered was a large turkey standard with mayo, mustard, oil, and vinegar. This time however, the strange tasting tomatoes were barely even in the sandwich. They informed me that since they were out of 20″ rolls that they used a sliced 12″ and 9″ and made a 20″, which is perfectly fine, however the rolls were again super dry, almost mealy, and tough. Oddly enough, the 9″ sub had tons of mayo on it while the 12″ had no mayo, the turkey was dry-ish, and both subs were drenched in mustard. And to top it all off, when I tried to scan my Cap Rewards app, it took multiple (~8) scans and 2 manual entries to register and then the points for the purchase were not awarded.

I am a huge fan of traditional cheesesteak sandwiches, particularly with white American cheese. This shop makes a fantastic cheesesteak, with your choice of grilled onions, sweet or hot peppers and mushrooms. Their other sandwiches are just as delicious! I also tried their Italian and my daughter had their pastrami. Everyone in my extended family loved their sandwiches, including my wife with her veggie turkey sandwich. I tried the veggie turkey and it tasted just like roast turkey! I will definitely be back whenever I am in Las Vegas.

From the best to the worste!! Made my order wrong twice in one night I ordered my cheese steak with everything sweet and hot peepers mushroom and onion on it they gave me basically bread with barely any meat and the sandwich had a little bit of onion and like 3 mushroom no peppers at all went back to get it remade and now it’s only peppers and no mushroom or onion unbelievable!! The first time I waited 30 min for my food second like 15 basically an hour out of my night and $14 for the wrong sandwich what a joke never coming back to this location

We were on vacation always go to Capriottis in Laughlin & Vegas as we love the food. This visit was very disappointing. Couldnt order on line, went to order n pick up grill was shut down so no hot sandwiches. The bread was hard on some sandwiches, and didntvtaste good so 3 people thru away their sandwiches. We ordered 2 meatball sandwiches found out awhile after ordering, they were out of meatballs. Only 1 of the 2 young men working there was making &taking orders other one cleaning, so a very long wait. We had 3 orders with multiple sandwiche, spent alot of $ there and it was terrible. And the Tip jar says Beer Money…very unprofessional. The manager needs to manage their store better. Wont go back on or next trip in November to Las Vegas location.
