I went to Capriottis on Town center and ask if they were still serving breakfast. The lady look over at the other worker, looks at the grill and says “the grill is pretty dirty, I don’t know if I can cook eggs on it”. Ok so is that a no? What does that have to do with breakfast hours? Clean it off then. Telling me something is dirty as the reason I can’t order anything s a total disgrace I will be calling corporate.

Need to go back to training and learn how to listen and making the correct sandwich especially when you spend $44 and a tip. Ordered a small capastrami, large classic Itialian and medium Bobbie with no stuffing. I received a small (kids size) Bobbie with stuffing without the Turkey and whatever was supposed to be in the sandwich. The Cap was a Medium, Itialian looked liked a Vegetarian sandwich. The gentleman and female should’ve been listening carefully and making quality sandwiches and not worry about the time they get off.

My co worker and I go here weekly and get Wagyu cheesesteak. This time, I got very little meat on the sandwich and it was highly disappointing what I did get. It is like half the meat and didn’t come close to filling out the bread.

Ordered the classic italian and they gave me a bobby sandwich. Didn’t realize until I got home. Very dissapointing considering I don’t even like the bobby. Wouldn’t have been so bad if it was literally any other sandwich but the bobby. $15 for a sandwich I didn’t order and didn’t want. Capriotti’s, you have failed me!

First time trying Capriotti Definitely not worth $34 got medium sub, 3 brownies, bowl of soup which was so gross and kids grilled cheese meal which they forgot the craisins and juice box. Sandwich hardly any meat Next time jersey mikes sub it will be… paid $4.99 for the grilled cheese meal nothing else with it

Literally just ordered there and got home and didn’t get one thing that I order. Asked for a cheesesteak with peppers and got shredded beef on bread, bbq chicken salad and got a balsamic salad and tomato soup and got clam chowder. Even walking in and see the staff playing behind the counter should’ve told me to cancel order and leave this location. Will be disputing charges for the fact there was no attention to detail, service sucked and I did not get one thing I originally ordered
