Placed my order for two large catering a day prior on line. Came to pickup orders and I was told it had went out already. They handed it to another person with the same name. They noticed the mistake and started on my order. Not happy but they did jump on it to repeat the order. I am on time constraints with work and not acceptable. Hint: Place a name of the company when placing orders and not your personal name. There is no checking on who’s picking up.

The fort apache location is the worst in Vegas. Wrong/poorly made sandwiches almost every time I go here. Employees more concerned with watching TV and texting than quality of food. After getting bad sandwiches 4 times in a row I’ll never come here again. Sad cause it’s 5 min from my house and I used to eat capriottis twice a week.

Horrible customer service. My online order was not done when I got there. There was no explanation just arguing and scrambling to get it done. No big deal I was not in a rush. But then the food was thrown into a bag no markings on the sandwiches no sorry no thank you for coming no nothing. Just a here you go! I guess that’s what happens when you have children running the place.

Very inconsistent service. Sometimes good. Sometimes i end up just going to KFC. I didn’t think that making a sandwich could be such a challenge for some people. And the staff made me feel like i was interrupting something.

I love Capriotti’s. I went here today and got a large Bobby. It was prepared quickly and well. It was delicious and while I waited I got to watch Rush Hour. I loved it. The place is decorated for halloween right now and that was cool to see.. btw, tip them. The phrase is great.

I love the Bobbie sandwich, I get one every time I am in Vegas. Today I bought a large Bobbie to bring home with me to Seattle. When I got home and opened the sandwich, it only had turkey on it. Super disappointed with this location!

I’ve been going to Capriotti’s since 2006 and the Capastrami has always been my favorite! Very delicious!! Sandwiches have gotten way smaller at all locations! This location is ok, always different staff, friendly and prompt tho. I really miss the old Capriotti’s service and quality from before.
