UPDATE: 7-9-23 – My family and I had taken a long break from eating at this particular Capriotti’s location. A lot of it was due to them gettting our order wrong every single time that we placed one & due to my family turning plant-based in 2020. However, over the past 3 years we had still frequent other Capriotti’s locations and discovered that they offer plant-based turkey sandwiches which is wonderful!! (I can only eat so many avocado sandwiches). I was hosting a party yesterday and decided to give this Capriotti’s location another chance especially since it’s so close to us. I am proud to say that I was really impressed with the service, the quality of food, the preciseness of my order (and it was a big one with 3 party trays involved) and they got everything right and it was all ready on time!!! I am changing my previous 1 star review of this location to 4 stars. Thank you so much for getting everything right & yummy. We will be back more frequently. To the blonde woman (sorry, I didn’t catch your name) that personally made our big order and followed our precise instructions, you are AWESOME!!! Our party was a huge success. Thank you for getting it right!!

Omg $14 for a dry capastrami! Hardly any dressing and meat on the sandwich. We used to love Cappriottis but lately it’s been a bust. Too expensive for it to be so disappointing.

Customer service was wonderful and they were full staffed. Very organized system for people picking up online orders or phone orders. Perfect place to come after hiking Mount Charleston! There are only 3 tables due to Covid but it wasn’t full on a Saturday. Cute center for Caps Kids as well

I’ve been going to Capriotti’s for about 15 years, different locations around town.I’ve Ordered from this place maybe about 10 times. I just called to complain because the sandwiches have hardly anything in them, but I was just told that that’s the way it is, they were measured. Won’t be buying here again. 3 sandwiches and chips, $46, should be unhappy for that price

My family brought me here for Mother’s day so we can eat. As soon as I walked in I seen ground beef left out in the open and the sandwich line had a big mess.
