Wow this place has changed tremendously and not for the better! Ordered the turkey sandwich it was so dry they don’t put mayonnaise on their sandwiches anymore I guess which is strange? Turkey was super dry. The worst part of it was the bread it used to be so fresh! It was as the bread came out of the refrigerator and was a week old it was hard and cold not fresh at all. I’m very disappointed this was a favorite in Reno and we would grab it right before we got back on the freeway. Not anymore 🙁

Omg, this place has changed and not for the best ! This was our favorite sandwich shop, and we’ve gone here for years. Went in a few days ago , the sandwiches have gone up in price – didn’t surprise us but the meat tasted funny , not prime , they charged .60 per slice of cheese instead of .10, and for the first time, my husband had to put mayo o. His sandwich. We had dry, odd tasting philly cheese steak sandwiches and will now go to Jersy Mike’s! They are better and less pricey. Plus .my half had meat on 3/4 of the bread instead of a full roll. Yuck

The employees are very kind, helpful, and upbeat. The energy between them is friendly and adds to the atmosphere. The food was delicious and filling. A diverse menu made it difficult to choose but we got the meatball sandwich and the wagyu dip sandwich, both of which we would get again. The bread was fresh and everything tasted amazing

The people here are so kind, helpful, and make the atmosphere a lot better! The food was delicious and tasty. The service was amazing and it was hard what to choose on the menu. We settled with the grilled cheese and chicken noodle soup. Delicious food and good service. 100% recommended!

Horrible service. I was the only person at the counter waiting to place my order, but they ignored me for over 5 minutes. I told the person behind the counter twice that I was ready to place my order, but he just turned his back on me. Maybe they want to collect the extra $2 for online orders, so they just ignore customers who want to place an order at the counter. I finally gave up and left. I won’t be back.

Without a doubt better, better than any other sandwich shop I’ve been in. Took my father abd grandma in when they flew in to see me. They complained about how expensive it was for a sandwich until they saw and tasted their sandwiches. The Large is indeed LARGE and the food was good. There were no complaints after and full bellies for two days.

I used to always order online via Google since Covid. Never have I EVER noticed. They are charging $2.10 extra for this. Not only do they never remember my sweet peppers last time they just didn’t give me any & then I saw the extra charge when I could have just gone in. I will NEVER order & pay ahead of time thinking its easier for them. I never get what I order anyway the way I want it.

We came in here last Sunday to grab some sandwiches and go to the park. As soon as we walked in we saw how filthy it was. Food and trash all over the floor and tables. 2 guys working. One of them was sweeping and then stopped to use the remote to change the channel on the tv. He then touched the oil and vinegar bottles without washing his hands first. So gross. They are not who you want making your sandwich. We walked right out. This place needs to be inspected my the health department because it’s a health hazard and the employees need to take some food handling classes. We’ll never be back.
