What a great little place. We sat outside, overlooking the water and it was beautiful. There scallops with creamy risotto and fresh green beans was delicious as was the glazed salmon. The “fish and chips” was ok however, the fish was too thin.

Our second time at the Angler and we were very disappointed. May 24. At 5 30. Restaurant seemed slow not many people and our server said it was only her third day. Food took fairly long to come out. I had the Mahi bowl and the rice was just warm. Thought the portion of the fish was very small. My friends crab cakes were mediocre. Would of preferred mashed potatoes but it wasn’t an option. Portions were small not dinner size. I’m sure are first experience was better and that’s why we came back. I guess it’s early in season and staff is inexperienced.

We visited this restaurant after asking for a good place to get local seafood. I had a pina colada, the Grouper fingers and the salmon with asparagus and coconut rice. The service and the location were great, right on the water. The food was delicious, would definitely return. I observed the mgr. helping staff by running meals and asking patrons how their meals were. Very good experience.

Great location and atmosphere right on the water. A sunset boat cruise was well worth the 6.00 per person. Unfortunately our reservation was screwed up but they were able to eventually sit our party of 9 without a long wait. Food was good but not a wow and was pricey for average fare. Still a good time and boat cruise a plus.

It’s definitely a good place to dine in and very friendly, family oriented, decent food for sure. I especially loved their bb riblets. Smoked salmon was delicious. Recommend for sure.

We came here on an unusually chilly evening recently and practically had the place to ourselves. The poor young lady sitting outside and greeting guests looked frozen. So we went inside and got a table overlooking the water and were quickly being looked after by Levi. I asked for a recommendation for a local draft beer and he suggested Evolution Brewing Company’s “Lot 3” brewed by Salisbury MD, just down the road. Very nice.
