Horrible service. I literally needed to go in front to get everything. They provided no aprons, gloves or seasoning( salt and pepper). I was going to them and asking for every single item. That’s awful. But the most disgusting thing that the hair was in the bag. I almost ate a shrimp with hair!!!!!!!!!

This place was AWESOME!!! I had seen it several months ago and decided to give it a try. I am glad that i did. As soon as i walked in i was greeted by the most friendly hostess/waitress. She was great! Her attention to me and everyone else that was there was phenomenal. The atmosphere was really cool and the food was delicious and flavorful. This is a must try restaurant. I recommend it and will definitely go back again.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Ordered fish n chips that was TASTELESS and OVER PRICED! When I asked for a refund or to have it recooked with seasoning, the Asian lady said, “No, we don’t refund because we know our food is good” WHAT?!? NOT TO ME! I’M PAYING MY MONEY! And YOU don’t get to determine what’s good to ME!…She said, “That’s why we give you hot sauce and that NASTY tarter sauce, for flavor” …Now I know why they are ALWAYS empty…and why people drive out to taft highway to “Clawdaddy’s” MUCH BETTER FOOD AND SERVICE! NEVER AGAIN WILL THEY GET A DIME OF MY MONEY & ILL BE SURE TO LET PEOPLE KNOW ABOUT THE POLICY THATS NOT POSTED ANYWHERE in the place!!

Its an okay place. The service was slow and nonchalant. We had the pound of of shrimp with the Captain choice. “All 3 sauces together” it was good but the shrimp was slightly over cooked. It had a rubbery texture. The oysters did not taste fresh. One visit was enough for me.

I came to town to visit my daughter and her family. My 9 year old grandson wanted his birthday meal here. Last time it was great with wonderful service. This time we ordered “mild” and it was so spicy we all had burning lips after a few bites. We had to continuously ask for napkins. NO service now. Bad wine…though that was the better part of my meal. We ordered a lot of food, spent about$150 for 2 kids and 3 adults, and left hungry. I will NEVER go there again.
