At our Cleveland, GA location, we are part of a historic seafood tradition. Captain D’s Seafood Restaurant first opened its doors back on August 15, 1969. A lot has changed since then, but our commitment to serving freshly prepared seafood at a great value has been our core mission from the beginning. Known originally as Mr. D’s Seafood and Hamburgers, Captain D’s was opened in Donelson, Tennessee. From the very start, we set out to provide quality seafood at reasonable prices, a concept that was revolutionary at the time.

Ordered our food. Waited 25 mins and watched 3 tables that came in after us get their food. Asked about it and the 2 cashiers/food runners were very rude saying they don’t cook they don’t know. Asked to speak to the manager who was also rude and not helpful. Hush puppies were raw in the middle. Crab cakes were over cooked the rest was ok. Good thing we were just traveling thru because I’d never go back!

Normally this location is a hit with fresh hot food but tonight I was very disappointed. We waited about 10 mins for our food but it came out cold to the point of me having to go back to the drive thru to get hot fries. I had to bring my fish home to warm it up.

I stopped on my way home to pick up two lobster rolls. I was disgusted when I seen what I had after I got home. If this is an example of their drive-through orders. I will not be using the drive-through again. One roll was not even cut through, and the lobster was not even in either bun.
