At our Louisville, KY location, we are part of a historic seafood tradition. Captain D’s Seafood Restaurant first opened its doors back on August 15, 1969. A lot has changed since then, but our commitment to serving freshly prepared seafood at a great value has been our core mission from the beginning. Known originally as Mr. D’s Seafood and Hamburgers, Captain D’s was opened in Donelson, Tennessee. From the very start, we set out to provide quality seafood at reasonable prices, a concept that was revolutionary at the time.

Confirmed order 5:37 was told to pick up at 5:47 I received order 6:05 after asking twice. The serving time I asked the cashier she said I don’t know. I then asked for my money back, I’ve waited long enough, another lady can’t from the back to tell me they were making my food at that time. Terrible customer service. Supreme seafood platter.

Started with the PRP Location drive – thru. They were running 20 minute order times. 20 minutes just to take an order. Then they stopped taking orders so we left. Decided to download the app and order from the location in Shively. Said order ready in 10-12 minutes. Cool. Over 45 minutes later we got our to – go order. The service in that location was beyond horrible. The guy working the counter couldn’t care less about the orders or helping anyone, the 2 managers did nothing to help make things easier and there was only 1 cook trying to keep up. The only positive is the order was correct.

This was one of the most disturbing and disgusting meals I have ever bought from an establishment. This location should be shut down. Burnt / re-cooked food. Missing half a meal. Fries taste like fish. Chicken was burnt so bad it lacked moisture. Anyone should be ashamed to even work at this location. Every time I give this garbage a chance, it gets worse. It amazes me that this place is still in business. What a ripoff.

Very unprofessional manager yelling at staff. I had to cancel my ubereats oder I was supposed to pick up due to a very long wait and the yelling. Will not be back to that Captain Ds. There was other customers in the lobby eatting and waiting to place a order.

They had a lady working short on staff. She was nice but she needed more help. The food was horrible. Chicken tasted like rubber, portion sizes very small. Long john silver is way better. Wasted 33 dollars on bad food. The fish was also not good and the sides tasted very bad kinda not fresh.chicken was also very dry. I contacted via the link you provided not one has reached out to me.

I sent my girlfriend to get dinner here last night. She said the cashier was rude and unprofessional. I ordered fish and shrimp but substituted country style. The shrimp was fine but the fish was 2 tiny slivers and way over cooked. I’ll not return to this store
