Was brought here with my Dad. An have returned a few times since. They have a very speedy drive thru and the food is always good . The employees seem to be caring and attentive to your needs . They get you in and out in no time. Will continue to go here . Also they have Fried Green Tomatos that don’t seem to be on the menu .

Staff are super friendly and helpful and the food was perfect! Its not as oily as the other restaurants that offers deep fried food. Wish I got the names if the staff there, we dined in earlier today, nov. 18 at 12noon. We ordered the Super platter, Jalapeno poppers and extra rice. It was soooo good!!!

Very bad customer service food wasn’t right super hard and burnt!! Just thrown in the bag crazy so it spilled everywhere. I called and spoke with the manager the next day who really didn’t seem concerned at all… Won’t be returning

My fav their country style fish is my absolute fav.. I normally get mac and green beans.. but wanted to switch it up one time.. I got their rice steam broc which was very tender and done not over cooked (added cheese at home)…Always cooked fresh and never disappointed.. It’s worth the wait everytime.. I always get the four piece but one never makes it all the way home..

First time at this location and it was a very good experience. The young man who took my order was very polite and professional. There was a little wait but worth it because my food was prepared fresh and very delicious. Try the lobster roll when you go. It’s worth the price of $4.99 for two.

So sorry for this review, but I am very disappointed. The fish was much smaller, thinner, drier. There was a notice on the window that they switched suppliers. I hope they switch back. My husband could not even eat it. Three piece dinner ($9.99) down the drain. The sides were excellent, though. Broccoli, coleslaw, green beans all very good. Fries were cold. Oh well, you’ve definitely lost a customer!

I always forget until I get to this location just how slow they are. And how on Earth they’re consistently out of food menus is beyond me. Good luck trying to get lobster rolls or crab cakes. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve come to this location and they are out but I call the North side and they are well stocked. Also this location does not nail orders. Such as your order a loaded baked potato and just get a baked potato. They have no attention to detail. If you want a nice Captain D’s experience just go to the one on the North side near Cleveland Avenue.

The drive-thru attendant was rude and disrespectful when I asked her what might be holding up my order. The employee said to me “ we’re making fresh fish. If you don’t want fresh fish I can give you a refund.” This message was delivered to me in a very disrespectful, snotty way. I paid $8.47 for a fish meal at a fish restaurant, waited 14 minutes for that meal ( without a drink being included), and got a rude response when I asked about my order. I won’t go back to that store again (South Hamilton Road in Columbus, Ohio) and I don’t recommend it to anyone else either
