A lot has changed since then, but our commitment to serving freshly prepared seafood at a great value has been our core mission from the beginning. Known originally as Mr. D’s Seafood and Hamburgers, Captain D’s was opened in Donelson, Tennessee. I live very close to Captain Ds on Grand. I’ve tried to eat there about 3 or 4 times. They are always closed hours early. Suppose to be open until 10pm tonight they were closed before 8. Chairs on tables nobody in site. This has happened everyone. Never again. And the front doors have had boarded up Glas for months. Restraunt looks terrible

I ordered a #6 4pc chicken tender meal double fries.. my hush puppies looked as if someone took a bite out of it plus my chicken tenders were so hard I couldn’t bite into them… everything was horrible even though I repeatedly asked for FRESH food… I spent $27 for literally food I cannot chew Into..

I should have taken a picture of the food that I received from here the other day, but I’m never returning because it’s not the same anymore. The fish and chicken was very dry and it was fried in old grease. I can tell the grease was old because it was burnt crumbs on the fish from old fish that was fried. The chicken was fried in old grease too because it also had burnt crumbs on it from the grease. I had fries that was cold and the Mac and cheese just tasted like a clump of cheese

Friendly but the condition of the order was absurd. I ordered shrimp that didn’t get put in the stand and to go back around for. Then the fish sandwich was all bread and lacked fish. Definitely not satisfied.

The young lady couldn’t seem to count the change correctly & my baby got like 10 fries with her fish sandwich combo. The sweet tea tastes like faucet water with no sugar. I wasn’t driving back across town.
