This particular captain Jay’s is pretty consistent. Of course it depends on who’s cooking that day, and yes, they have the occasional mishap like any other restaurant, but overall, that are consistently good. I won’t lie the service this day was pretty decent at the time I went the line wasn’t long and I ordered from drive thru the order was large but the wait was decent.. I only didn’t like that they asked if we wanted lemon pepper and still didn’t give it smh. I’m in sure if it became busy and they forgot who said yes to the lemon pepper and who didn’t. I give them a 3 star rating because the food is actually good didn’t give me the runs.. The food wasn’t greasy
