This place is okay. It is a little pricey at $25.00 a person for the bar and $50.00 a person for the bar with crab legs. The chicken and the mashed potatoes were the best things I tried on the bar. Oddly enough, it’s a sea food place. The crab cakes were okay but not the best I’ve had.

Jim’s is your typical all you can eat seafood. They have two different prices for their buffet. One with crab legs and one without. They have a nice variety of seafood here. 6/12 today the crab legs were a little salty for my wife’s taste. All in all Jim’s was ok.

Pretty decent selection of seafood here. Several different types of fish and shrimp, crab legs, side dishes, salad etc.. Buffet is smaller than we thought but food was pretty good. Get ready for 2.75% card fees though, which is quite a bit considering how quickly the buffet price adds up. Buffet prices are 49.99 for 12 and up and 26.99 for 5 to 11. Ages 2 and under are free without crab legs but with crab legs are 10.00. Other buffets are also cheaper without crab legs. Drinks are not included.

Absolutely perfect. The experience couldn’t have been better. The service & food was fast, hot & plentiful. Had no room for dessert but our waitress sold me on the strawberry shortcake & i ate every bite. The name of this place is fitting. They are definitely the Captain of seafood. Definitely on my “ to-do” list next time i visit Pigeon Forge. “Awesome Sauce!” Thank u 4 all u do!

The place was clean, the staff was friendly and the food was fresh and hot. Lots to choose from even if you don’t get the crab legs, I did not, but the other 3 in the party did and said they were good. Now, mind you, you’re not eating in a fancy seafood restaurant. The legs are smaller but still tasty and plenty of them. Dessert is included, but it’s in the back, and your server will give you your choices and then bring it to you. Don’t be afraid to give it a chance. I always read reviews first and we were leary but decided to give it a chance. Not disappointed.

Food was good. Crab legs are good but small. Dessert you have to ask for. But for the price it’s well worth it.

If you see this avoid it, the only highlight to this place was our waitress. She was super nice and attentive and I’m sorry she works there, i wish her better. The food was generally super dry, no desert bar had to request from a limited selection, huge up charge for mediocre crab legs that was also dry. 25.99$ with no drink included and 40-50$ something if you added on the crab legs. 3.99$ for any drink. half the food was cross contaminated(catfish taste mixed with clams and half of everything else). And the general host despite he him self not being busy rushed us. Example i was just looking at the price between having or not having crab legs and he just rudely states “i need to know” before i even got a chance to tell him, as if he was busy doing more than nothing. I love food and that genuinely felt like a violation of decency The dish i recommend from the place is leaving✨ since thats not an option on the review form. Its a buffet and i didn’t expect much but WOW they really brought a pickaxe when they hit rock bottom.

The snow crab was amazing. The rest of the food was good. The fact that it was all hot and fresh made it better. Clam chowder was awesome. Our server was AMAZING! Megan was so nice, thorough, informative and so prompt. She made our night.

I wouldn’t call this place a buffet with only two steam tables and didn’t see things out they had on the menu and the menu sounded good didn’t really offer much only thing they had to really to offer and going for them was the crab legs that you had to wait for cause they only put one pan out at a time , frog legs were over cooked and everything else was below average and not much to chose from we was expecting a sea food buffet. spent $120+ and was disappointed , over priced drinks as well $10 for one soda and one tea I think my sons drink was the only normal price but the cup was so small. 10/10 wouldn’t go again
