Food is overpriced and service is poor for mobile orders. On the mobile order site, it says you wait 21-24 minutes for “asap” but they do not start making your order until you show up at the regular (not mobile) pick up line. I waited until the posted time and more resulting in a loss of a lot of unnecessary time. They do not use the mobile order window. This is the most counter intuitive way to run a restaurant and the management should be held accountable. If you do go here and order mobile, make sure you go to the pick up window right away to avoid this poor procedure.

Expensive. Food is good. I was hungry so everything i ate at this place was good! Please delete the food in the menu if its not available so people don’t wait in line and only to find out corn dog is not available. That is a waste of someone’s time.

The staff didn’t listen and didn’t know what they were doing I was over charge and it took 20 minutes for a refund since they don’t accept cash. The bill turned out being 36$ for 6 soft drinks. They also have no gluten free options besides cookies.

I have nothing but bad experiences with this restaurant. The line extends into the direct sun light, so the temperature is typically quite hot. The restaurant does support all-day-dining, but does not have sides or desserts. Most of the hot dogs are Nathan’s (which I found to be disgusting) and the corn dogs use a different brand (which was reasonable). As most restaurants at SeaWorld, the staff don’t seem to care about what’s happening or the people in front of them.

Super slow service! Hot dogs are Nathan’s brand, which are tasty. Chili is generic tasting. The cheese sauce needs improvement. Plan on being in line for a minimum of 30 minutes.

Do NOT use the mobile ordering option. They will not personally take your order unless you have an All Day Dine Pass. After scanning the QR code and placing my order, it said it would take 15 minutes under “ASAP.” After 20 minutes of waiting and seeing them standing there looking all kinds of stupid, I will walk up and ask where my food is. They said after I placed the order online, I had to go through the mobile order line to get my food. I laughed in anger and they offered me a cookie. No I don’t want a cookie! Better service & communication for the process would’ve been nice. -10/10. Food was cold but I do love a Nathan’s hotdog. Eat anywhere else at SeaWorld.

The food was better than I expected. Of course it’s expensive because it’s a theme park and inflation. We bought 2 Chili cheese dog meals, a lemonade, and beer. We spent $55 on all of that. My husband spilled his beer and it killed my soul.

Waited in line for an hour and 20 minutes just for a couple hotdogs. The workers were incredibly slow and seemed clueless, lost, and confused. Like they were blind and it was their first day on the job. Way overpriced. They gave us 6 French fries. The cook prepping the hotdogs got into a screaming match cursing with a customer. The line wouldn’t move. Each order took them way too long.

Seaworld overall is a wonderful place to make memories. There’s a little bit of everything for everyone. We went with our Veteran and ge enjoy himself. It was a little hot but it’s Florida.
