The service is a bit strange. The older hostess is kind of overly familiar with customers. Shes friendly, but too friendly in a rude kind of way.

I really enjoy my visit, every time. the staff is very kind. the food is amazing and the portions are sharable, very generous. I love the free bread as well. this is definitely a must visit place for Rancho Cucamonga.

My husband and I love this place! This place has a way of bringing a romantic cheer while you are there. The food NEVER disappoints, and they do have a happy hour between 4 and 6. $3 off drinks and appetizers. Personally, that’s when I would go, but if time doesn’t allow it, that’s ok! There are these wonderful ladies who come in and sing live for everyone, and they start at about 5:30 pm. I am not sure if they only play on weekends, but either way, it sets a lovely tone to your evening. This is a great spot for any occasion or even if you just wanna take yourself out.

Location :Good, Parking:Good, Service:mixed, Price for food received: balanced. Overall: First time try, getting real tired of not getting a simple menu. Not everyone has a phone that can work the code for what ever reason. I did get a paper menu after I was insulted by our host (Service seemed to get better after this). We ordered the Spaghetti and Pasta Alfredo. The Spaghetti had too much salt for our taste and was returned for another Pasta Alfredo. The big question is would we come back. At this time it’s best to say we will review other places before we come back…

Be careful dining here. The older hostess lost my credit card after charging us. As we patiently waited for them to try finding the card, the hostess came back three times to give excuses without a single full apology for the inconvenience. She did begin to, saying “I’m sor-“, and then gave more excuses instead of an honest apology. She even tried to give us someone else’s credit card. (Larry H, I recommend you cancel your card.) In addition, she admitted this has happened before where they lost a customer’s credit card. They never found my credit card.

Not sure how to explain it other than it tries to sell itself as fine dining and makes the experience more unenjoyable in the process. Watched an older gentleman near me complain about his burnt chicken and the waitress basically say he could have more pasta but the chicken isnt getting replaced. And telling him he rejected the initial offer to remake the plate when they never offered. Gaslighting in a restaurant is crazy to me. Had the chicken parmesan and it wasn’t bad but it was served with a few pieces of unseasoned vegetables that looked like they were just pressure cooked. My SO had the Cara Mia pizza and it wouldve been good but there was way too much basil half the pizza was bazil. Overall it just seemed kinda snobbish.

Large portion sizes. Count on leftovers. Fast service as well. Tucked into the corner of a small shopping center, this place is a nice little out of the way Italian restaurant. Better value than the other large chains in my opinion.

The food is HOMEMADE FRESH and delicious. From the calamari and the burrata bruchetta to the chicken cara mia and the chicken parm…it’s all delicious. The service is between 4 and 5, and the ambiance is chill. They have live music on Fridays and Saturdays, which range from singer and standards to jazz. I enjoy the chill vibe of Cara Mia… a hidden gem.
