We had a bad day, today so we ordered from Caraglio’s. A Cappicola sub, a pulled pork sandwich and an order of onion rings. What we got was a sub with 2 thin slices of cappicola and a flattened cold pork sandwich, no onion rings.

Really good pizza, probably the best dough around. Constantly cooked perfectly. Great amount of toppings. They consistently make the pizzas smaller than advertised, and that isn’t just this location. The one pictured is a large, which is supposed to be 16 inches, but closer to 15 1/4. I know that sounds picky, but that adds up to be a large area, especially when it happens every time. I’ll still be back, but know what you’re getting. The size discrepancy is worse on sheets.

Great pizza and wings. They get extremely busy so don’t be surprised if it takes your order one hour to be ready for pickup. Frankly, their pizza and wings are worth waiting for, just call well ahead just in case, particularly during big football events.

Pizza was ok, but it was nothing to brag about. The wings were dry. I was very disappointed. I don’t know about their other food on the menu, but as far as pizza & wings, it wasn’t as good as I thought it was going to be.

We order from here atleast once a week for several years now, but after tonight the way we were treated we will NEVER be back!! First of all our orders have been messed up several times now but our feeling has alway’s been “mistakes happen” and the fact that the staff has alway’s been very apologetic and tried to be accommodating was what kept us coming back, but tonight was the final straw when a long haired young man wearing a winter hat became very argumentative with my husband that eventually lead to the employee screaming at my husband and saying he’s gonna call the police on him, I’ve never seen this employee before and honestly he alone will be the reason we will never return…. the best part is he made us bring back the order to trade it in for the new food stating that is there policy and when we got home they had screwed the order up again!!! Really first 30 minutes of driving back and fourth, verbal abuse and still no satisfaction with our order. Cariglios you really need the great employees you used to have and be done with the rude punks that are hurting your business!!!!!

I never leave bad reviews but I’m so annoyed! Chicken wings I ask for well done and extra sauce,I was given all drum sticks not 1 flat,not well done and no extra sauce. Both my pizzas had barely any cheese and very cold. Fries and mozzarella sticks are good but cold

Hey you take your chances, some times it’s great pizza but every third or so time it’s raw in the middle. I make my own occasionally so I know it’s not that it isn’t cooked it’s not raised correctly. Hey guys check your dates on your yeast!

First off, the pizza was good. My complaint is I was given a time for pickup, was there on time to pick it up and the girl gave me a funny look and went to the back and came back and said she forgot to put it in the oven ! Ok, so I understand that things happen. So I had to wait another 15 min. out in my car, so I go in and its sitting ontop of ovens, would of thought that maybe they would of come to the door and given me a high sign that its done, since I told her I was right out the front door in my car ! And lastly, there was no apology , no effort made to make it right except the customer had to put up with it. So much for making the customer happy.
