My wife and I have lived in the area for 4 years and just discovered this place a few weeks ago. The food is the best in the Permian as for as flavor and quality. The staff, despite being very busy, are very attentive and helpful. Can’t give this place enough stars. Simply great!

What happened ? Carambas used to have the best fajitas in town. They used to be sizzling on the platter, large slices, a large potion … just the best. That’s why we were looking forward to last night after being away for a time. Last night’s fajitas were little more than room temp, tough, well done, skimpy little pieces of mostly gristle … TOTALLY disappointed. Did you change ownership or chefs in the last 12-18 months ? You lost my business last night along with any compliments/referrals which I used to freely and frequently pass on.

Good customer service. Didn’t quite enjoy the food but it was ok. I had to add the salsa sauce to my main dish to give it a kick/make it taste better. Overall it is a 6/10 for me and my team.

Great price for a full belly. Salsa is yummy. Service is fast, to include the food coming out of the kitchen! Busy spot for lunch, but super quick service. Don’t go for margaritas , they don’t have them.
