I really wanted to visit this restaurant after seeing it on social media. However, I think the hype inflated my expectations. The service was on point for the most part. Only complaint was that our coffee was forgotten at the end of the meal, otherwise it was great service. The Caesar salad was made table side and interesting to watch. You must get the sardines included, they are not near as fishy as you might think and add the right amount of salt to the salad. The spicy rigatoni vodka was creamy and delicious. I recommend getting your own portion and forgoing something like the veal Marsala. The Marsala was my least favorite part of the meal. It lacked, in my opinion, in flavor and salt. It didn’t meet the high expectation I had when ordering this dish. The hazelnut chocolate cake was very rich and exactly what you want from a chocolate cake. It was nice dinner with an old school atmosphere, I just had higher expectations of the food.

Nice experience. Simple but tasty food. Great wine list. Pricey (but that was expected). Beets were really good. No complains on the pasta (perfectly cooked). Nice to have veggies (salad, asparagus) as sides and definitely plenty of vegan options. Sorbet was delicious, especially the coconut sorbet!

Worth the hype. We havent been to the NY one yet but this meal was so great! Really fun vibes we had great waiters and the food was great too! The bread and starter bits they give you are a lovely touch. Best Caesar salad i have ever had.. the croutons where out of this world.. yes i know that sounds made! Rigatoni was delicious.. you can just tell with the quality of the pasta/ingredients! We had some snobby people next to us that weren’t having a good time and we just didn’t understand why. Maybe we are just easy to impress. We were too full for dessert.. loved every second. Cant wait to compare the NY one

The legendary NYC institution lives up to the hype in Miami! The elegant dining room relives the ‘50s glamour of Miami Beach with crooning tunes and decadent desserts. Love coming to Carbone for any special occasion. Everything from the ambiance to the food is amazing. The service there is top notch. Beautiful place and friendly staff, but the food was not up to par! Definitely not the same as their NYC location. Linguine with clams was way too peppery, the salami plate they give you when you sit was sliced too thick, if you’ve been to the NYC location you know what I’m talking about. Even the breads were not up to par. The manager did come to speak with us and she tried to make things better, very nice and very professional. So if they get the food right it’ll be as good if not better then their NYC location as this restaurant is beautiful larger and more lively!

I’ve been wanting to experience Carbone for some time, so when I saw that a couple of reservation slots were available, I booked one. I had a reservation for 10 pm. Although I was on time, my table wasn’t ready until 25 minutes later. However, my service was superb, and I honestly can’t wait to visit again.
