I ordered a pizza in Aug that was burnt and the crust was not done. I was told on the phone by WHOMEVER that they would credit me the amount I spent by giving me a pizza. Ok,,,,now its November,, I try back, no such credit,,,not even a note. Whats that about? Guess they do not want my business. Way to many good pizza places in town to sweat this. Never going back. They do not care.

It has the best pizza west of the river but tonight was a Friday night…busy night for pizza. I used the app to order my pizza and salad and arrived at the time it said it would be ready. I went inside and paid for it and the girl and the register said it would be 15 minutes more after I paid of course. I went back out to my car and waiting since there is not a lot of room to wait. I went in again after 15 min…ask for my number for my order and still not done..they checked on it..it hadn’t even been put into the oven! What? What is going on here…I almost cancelled the order and had them refund my credit card and went some where else to pick up dinner for my family. I WAITED ANOTHER 20 MINUTES…THIS TIME STANDING IN THEIR SMALL AREA…Thinking that might speed things along…wow….not at all…I FINALLY got my pizza and salad…got home and REALLY…wrong salad dressing. I guess I’ve learned my lesson..dont order pizza on Friday night…and number two check your order before you leave.

Very good experience. I’m not a pizza fan by any means but I needed something quick to eat that was close by. An wow, the pizza was really good. I ordered the green pepper, onion and mushroom pizza and every bite had a topping. There customer service was priceless. I’m a forever customer now!

Friendly staff and fast service. Im not big fan of pizza but i didn’t much time for lunch.. I love good pizza but I expected the typical chain so I wouldn’t be too disappointed. But that was some of the best pizza I’ve had In years. Keep doing what you’re doing. It was my first time at Carbone’s but it definitely won’t be my last. I just hope the other locations are just as good!
