After being fed up with Dominos and Pizza Man not answering their phone, we tried Carbone’s for the first time. The woman answering the phone that took my order was so friendly and told me they just did things differently. Let me just tell you, they do indeed do things differently … from the friendly service to the most delicious pizza and wings we’ve ever had. Did our pizza shift in the box during delivery, of course, do I care no … presentation doesn’t mean good food. But that pizza was delicious, I couldn’t believe the size of the sausage pieces on our pizza. The wings were hot and deliciously spicy! They’ve earned a customer for live. Keep doing things differently, because it obviously is the best way! Thank you!

First time and last coming. Writing this review as I’ve been waiting about 45minutes. It’s about 7 or 8 people working. It’s crazy SLOW..This is CRAZY. Never again. I don’t care if the pizza taste incredible.Never will come back here. Pay more and train better..This is ridiculous

Hopefully this is a one off but my pizza was completely charged in top and flimsy on the bottom. If it wasn’t 9:20 I would have asked for my money back but I was so hungry I ate it anyway. I am honestly shocked they let the pizza go out this way. Usually this place has amazing pizza.

My mom talked to the owner about having bad pizza before before the order. We got a lg pepperoni pizza. There was very few pepperoni on it. Hardly any cheese. It was bad . I am adding on to your response. We had been ordering from you guys every Sunday. The ownership changed and things seemed to go down hill. We did not order extra anything. We never had to . Honestly worst experience I’ve had. Ordered a “calzone” for pickup and it wasn’t fully cooked and was also without cheese. Was asked if I wanted a redo and I said sure. 20 min later I got a knock on my window saying they forgot to start my reorder! Was offered a refund and a free pizza but only got the refund lol can’t make this up.

I have bought lunch takeout twice. The dairy free cheese is good, they cook it until it is slightly browned with is great. Pizza is done right on time, if not a few minutes early.

Pizza is great, but dining room and kitchen are filthy. Floors need to be swept and mopped, and there was so much dirt and grease on the range hood that employees were drawing pictures.

CAUTION: The employees do NOT wear hats or a hairnet while preparing the food!!! They also don’t wear gloves! How can they not wear at least a hat? I’m sure all the customers are eating the employees’ hair. How gross!!!
