Our Mission is to provide delicious homemade Caribbean and American cuisine at a reasonable cost. Our high quality standards for our food is what matters the most. We use the freshest poultry and produce to ensure our cuisine is up our high quality standards. We are very grateful to have such wonderful customers and hope to continue to do business with you.

This review is super late. I patronized on Saturday, 10-1-22. Hadn’t been on this block in many years. Assuming that either the food was very good or I got there too late as a lot of menu items I inquired about weren’t available. I was there a few mins before 4 pm.

My husband went to purchase food & the customer service he received was very poor. He wasn’t satisfied with his meal & the owner said no refund nor could he exchange the food for something else.. It was his 1st time trying this restaurant & we won’t be returning or recommending! people spend their money & should be allowed to exchange or get their money back if not satisfied! it’s food .. not everybody will like what you serve & it’s bad business to just dismiss a customers needs like that..

This place is FANTASTIC! The food is wonderfully flavorful and delicious. Jerk chicken was incredible (get some of the gravy and hot sauce on the side) and the Mac and cheese was so good. Shoutout to one of the regulars who helped me get the lay of the land and let me know about all the good work the owner Mike did giving out free food to the needy during the pandemic. He said the portions *used* to be huge, but as you can see from my photo they’re still very generous (and only cost me $10)!! Service was straightforward and the prices weren’t bad. It is take out only, so plan to go home or walk over to Lexington market to eat. Some items aren’t available everyday so if you have your eye on something specific (pumpkin roti) better to call ahead. Can’t wait to come back.

I had the curry goat roti. I can’t remember the man’s name but it was very nice and welcoming. He packed the food amazingly! I was headed to the airport. The food made it to Charlotte, NC with out any issues, no spilling or leaking!! By the time I made it home in Charlotte the food still had a little warmth to it! The food was amazing! One of the best I’ve had, happy to be able to bring it back to Charlotte since it’s hard to find good Caribbean food in Charlotte! I highly recommend this place! Wish I was able to try more of their dishes!

Been visiting this location for years as well as when they were inside Lexington Market. Food is always prepared fresh and there is such a variety that you are never disappointed and you get a lot for your money. I get enough to last me and my husband for two days. And when I say a lot you are walking out with a heavy bag.
