This is my spot!! Get the large king fish and the BBQ Jerk wings. I was so mad when the location on 12st moved. The bbq jerk wings aren’t spicy but they are good. Saucy and the meat falls right off the bone. The king fish is a meaty fish and with the rice and veggies it’s definitely a good meal. I’ll definitely be back.

Ordered through Uber Eats (on two separate occasions). Being from Florida where more authentic Caribbean food can be found, I was not very impressed. On both occasions, I ordered the oxtails, rice&peas, cabbage, and fried plantains. The oxtails were very tough and lacked flavor, the rice and peas were not that good, but the fried plantains were great! I am not a fan of cabbage in general, so no comment there. Overall, if I were to go back, I would not order the oxtails, since they have a variety of menu items.

Finding Caribbean food in the DMV is a challenge and this place is one of the good places. I’ve eaten form them on two different occasions and each time the food was great especially the curry goat…it was above average. I will definitely eat from them again

Average quality. The food isn’t amazing but it’s not terrible either. The small entrees have little meat, Get a large. They run out of things like beef patties and fried dumplings as the day goes on. I got curry and jerk from here. The wings are a good size, but it’s so much bbq sauce on them, it gets all over the rice and cabbage. The cashiers can be a little rude / short. The lunch specials of buffet is probably the best deal from here.

I brought a large curry goat and all I got was three pieces meat with potatoes and bones and it doesn’t taste like goat. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Stopped by during lunch time for a quick bite. The beef patty was excellent, spicy and flaky. The jerk chicken sandwich was plentiful, I would have liked less of the white mayo stuff.

I got goat and oxtails they mixed it together super greasy, the goat lacked seasoning and meat tough the oxtails wasn’t that bad could had less fat and more seasoning

Ordered Uber Eats Curried Shrimp (a large). First time trying this establishment. Won’t be back. The Shrimp are straight mush!! I really was looking forward to some good food. I just threw all the shrimp away. Waste of money.
